The Motion Cube is used in sport to assess joint movement and to help identify biomechanical imbalance or functional movement changes. The options are endless; if a sport involves movement of the body then The Motion Cube can measure, record and compare the joint movements simultaneously and accurately. Findings may then be used for technique coaching, to compare pre & post training regime outcomes, to improve performance or for early injury identification and prevention.
